(Ottawa, KS) – Franklin County Commissioners move to appoint several residents to township board positions. The news Centropolis township clerk is Rex Montague, Greenwood township trustee is Albert Huggard, three slots on the Richmond Township board were filled as Dennis Peters will be township trustee, township clerk will be Robert Hiles and township treasurer will be Lester Wurtz.
