(Topeka, KS) – The Kansas state Republican Party is expected to announce today that its executive director is stepping down. Christian Morgan, who has managed the party’s day-to-day operations since 2007, will move aside at the end of March. A replacement for Morgan hasn’t been hired, and he’s uncertain where he will work next. The decision follows election by party delegates in early February of Amanda Adkins to be chairwoman of the Kansas GOP.
