(Ottawa, KS) – It was a good year for the Franklin County United Way even though they came up a bit short of their goal. Sue Martin reported to the gratitude celebration Tuesday night that the total stood at $112,705 with a couple of businesses not reporting in yet. The goal was $125,000. Top donor of the campaign went to Wolf Creek Nuclear Facility. Winner of the Dorothy Anderson Service Award was Jason Willoughby.
