OTTAWA — A crane installed a 34-ton precast concrete restroom at the Orlis Cox Sports Complex this morning. The restroom is part of a series of long-delayed improvements at the complex, Therron Dieckmann, Ottawa Recreation director, said. Improvements also include three new scoreboard, new public address systems, new batting cages, new bleachers, parking and even flowers, he said. A new shop was built and the infield at Harvey Drake Field was redone.
