OTTAWA – County commissioners decided to change their rules that will allow the public greater freedom to make comments about county business during commission meetings. The change follows a dispute between commissioners and a couple of citizens who attended a meeting last week. The new rules go into effect for the commission’s Wednesday morning meeting.
