OTTAWA — Blake Jorgensen will be sworn in as Ottawa’s new mayor. Gene Ramsey, Rocky Fleer and Linda Reed, who were re-elected to the commission last week, will also be sworn in when the Ottawa City Commission meets at 7 p.m. today at city hall.
