OTTAWA — Kansas Secretary of State Ron Thornburgh will be the speaker for Ottawa’s Eggs and Issues breakfast next week. The deadline is Friday for buying tickets at the Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce office. Tickets are $10. Thornburgh will speak at 7:30 April 23 at Prairie Star at the Ottawa Country Club. Eggs and Issues is staged by the Chamber’s Legislative Action Committee.
