OTTAWA – Lt. Gov. Mark Parkinson will be a good governor, Kansas Rep. Bill Feuerborn said. Parkinson has been working with Gov. Kathleen Sebelius and will be ready to take over. A former Republican, Parkinson will move up when Sebelius becomes President Obama’s secretary of Health and Human Services.
