OTTAWA — Franklin County commissioners lauded Franklin County EMS for being nominated as the top ambulance in the state by ambulance officials across the state. Commissioners Ed Taylor and Sue Farrell said they’re pleased with the nomination and that director Nick Robbins and the EMS employees deserve the honor. Assistant EMS director Darren Hall was also nominated as the state’s top training coordinator.
