RICHMOND — A former long-time Central Heights superintendent has died at age 75.
Leo “Bud” Laird, Richmond, died Wednesday at his home. He was a member of the Central Heights Board of Education. Funeral arrangements are pending and will be announced by Feuerborn Family Funeral Service, Garnett.
