LaCygne, KS — It seems not all is sweetness and light when it comes to law enforcement in Linn County. La Cygne Police Chief James Dean recently appeared before the county commission to complain about what he sees as a lack of cooperation from the sheriff’s department. He says the S.O. has done operations inside the town and hasn’t even told him about it.
