WASHINGTON — President Obama celebrated his 100th day in office this past week and Republicans say he has shown himself to be a typical tax-and-spend liberal. In the GOP weekly address Saturday, Kansas Congresswoman Lynn Jenkins said members of her party are not surprised. She said that Democrats record can be characterized by three words: taxing, spending and borrowing. Obama talked about the swine flu in his weekly address.
