OTTAWA — Because of the recycling and conservation summit hosted by the county, the commission won’t meet on Wednesday nor will there be a joint government meeting on Wednesday. County administrator Lisa Johnson said she expects nearly 100 people to show up for the summit. Topics will include curbside recycling, water use, conservation and making biodiesel from algae.
