CENTRAL HEIGHTS — Forty-six graduates were honored at commencement exercises at Central Heights High School this weekend. It was a perfect weekend and perfect ceremony, principal Tom Horstick said. Horstick had a particular reason to be happy – he handed a diploma to his son who was among the graduates.
