OTTAWA — Two Ottawa students from ECKAN’s Youth in Government program went to Washington recently to help other students, parents and educators lobby Congress for more money for after-school programs. Anna Stone and Miranda Gillaspie also watched the Senate vote that confirmed Kathleen Sebelius as Health and Human Services secretary.
