OTTAWA — Although the swine flu has been found next door in Douglas County, Franklin County Health director Midge Ransom said there hasn’t been any cases in this county. The health department has run tests on 15 cases but none of them were cases of H1N1 flu, she said. Ransom said you can prevent your chance of illness by frequent hand-washing and healthy habits.
