OTTAWA — Appointments are being taken for this week’s special Red Cross blood drive at the Ottawa Wal-Mart SuperCenter, 2101 S. Princeton Road. The Red Cross donor coach will be in the parking lot on the north side of the store 3-7 p.m. Friday. The Wal-Mart Safety Team is hosting the drive in conjunction with National Safety Awareness Month. If you donate on Friday, you will still be eligible for the next regular blood drive at Celebration Hall. If you donate Friday, you’ll get a free “Beat Goes On” T-shirt.
