OTTAWA — Ottawa Suzuki Strings continues its series of concerts this week. Tonight’s concert includes Ottawa’s Brian Lewis who returns to perform tonight. Ottawa native Lewis learned the violin from his mother and Ottawa Suzuki Strings founder Alice Joy Lewis. He will perform at 7 at the Carnegie Cultural Center with pianist Rick Rowley.
Lewis teaches at the University of Texas and at the Julliard School in New York City.
His most recent CD is a recording with the London Symphony Orchestra. Suzuki String activities continue through June.
