OTTAWA — Ottawa city manager Richard Nienstedt said most of the electrical power has been restored in Ottawa. Electrical crews were working all night to restore power, he said. Street crews have also been clearing trees and limbs from streets most of the night, he said. A lot of limbs and branches were knocked down by last night’s series of powerful storms, he said. City officials will be working on a damage estimate today.
