OTTAWA — The Ottawa City Commission punted on an application for $200,000 in economic stimulus money to build more sidewalk curb ramps throughout the city.
Commissioners said they want more information on how much the city’s share of the costs would be. Assistant planning director Tom Yahl said that the city would have to come up with about $50,000 in labor, engineering work and money to match the grant.
Commissioners say they expect to decide on the grant application Monday afternoon.
