OTTAWA — The state fire marshal’s office said Tuesday’s house fire was the result of arson. Chief of investigations Rose Rozmiarek said Wedneday the fire at 3268 Osborne Terrace remains under investigation by her office and the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department. A reward is being offered in the case,s he said.. If you know something about the fire, call 1-800-KS-CRIME. No one was home when the fire occurred and the house was destroyed.
