OTTAWA — State and local officials are asking for help in solving an arson fire that destroyed a house northeast of Ottawa early Tuesday morning. Rose Rozmiarek, Kansas marshal’s chief of investigation, said the fire at 3268 Osborne Terrace was the result of arson. No one was home when the fire occurred.
