OTTAWA — It will be sad times and hoppy times at tonight’s concert by the Ottawa City Band. The band will perform selections including “At a Dixieland Funeral” and “The Walking Frog.” Other numbers include “Call to Victory” and “Buglers’ Holiday.” The city band will play at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at City Park. Bring your own lawn chairs.
