OTTAWA — The Ransom Memorial Hospital trustees will have a special meeting at 5 p.m. Tuesday in the hospital administrative offices. Trustees will consider a remodeling project of patient rooms and the hospital surgery. Hospital officials have been soliciting bids for the project.
