OTTAWA — Two Ottawa teens were injured when an all-terrain vehicle they were riding on Osborne Lane overturned Monday evening. Ethan Thompson, 16, was driving the ATV east on Osborne Lane when he struck a rut and the ATV overturned. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said Thompson and 18-year-old Felicia Bishop were taken by Franklin County EMS ambulance. Ransom Memorial Hospital said there is no record of the pair.
