OTTAWA — The Ottawa Planning Commission will have two public hearings at 7 p.m. Wednesday at city hall. The planners will have hearings on possible growth south of Ottawa and on a new cell phone tower near the city sewer plant.In other business, Ed York will likely be re-elected as chairman and Richard Jackson as vice-chairman of the planning commission.
