COLONY — Anderson County law enforcement authorities continued their search for the suspects of a home invasion near Colony Monday. Sheriff Scot Brownrigg said that at least one armed person broke into a house near Colony. He says the home invasion lasted nearly an hour and a red 1988 Mitsubishi Eclipse and numerous other items were taken.
On Tuesday, the department issued a bulletin to other law agencies asking them to be on the lookout for up to four people in connection with the robbery.
