OTTAWA — It’s fair time. The 144th annual Franklin County Fair and Rodeo is under way. Franklin County Fair president Mike Streebin said it’s a tradition that’s hard to beat. Little has been changed from last year, he said. One of the great traditions of the fair, the barbeque, is tonight, followed by entertainment and the rodeo. Tonight Neil Diamond impersonator Frankie Diamond will perform from 5:30 to 6:30. He’ll be followed by oldies band Silverstone playing from 7 to 10. Friday’s entertainment includes Levi Hinck, an Elvis Presley impersonator; country singer Mickey Roecker and country Band Box Boys. Saturday includes bluegrass and country music.
