WELLSVILLE — Franklin County Sheriff’s officers arrested a 27-year-old Wellsville man Sunday morning after his 22-year-old girlfriend reported that he bit her. Officers arrested Craig Brady on suspicion of domestic battery in the 300 block of Douglas Street shortly before 6 a.m.
