OTTAWA — A 76-year-old Topeka man’s odyssey ended Monday evening when he hit a vehicle driven by a 17-year-old Ottawa man at U.S 59 and Sand Creek Road. Wayne Deal, Topeka, was turning west onto Sand Creek when he hit Daniel Yarbro. However, Franklin County Sheriff’s officers found that Deal was listed as a missing person.
