LANE — Entries will be coming in today for the 117th annual Lane Fair. The fair began today. Events include the Osa-Lane Quilt Show at 5, the Miami County Cloggers at 6:30 and a talent show at 7:30. The parade will be 7:30 p.m. Friday. The parade grand marshals are long-time fair volunteers Don and Carole Faris. A fly-over is scheduled to start the parade. Other events Friday include the breakfast from 7 to 10, the quilt show and an ice cream social by the Princeton Goal-Busters 4-H Club. The Central Heights cheerleaders and dance team will perform after the parade. The Charlie Horse Band will perform beginning at 8. The Lane Fair is the last of three annual fairs in Franklin County.
