OTTAWA — A Richmond man whose trip got cut short when his vehicle rolled over at Ninth and Main in Ottawa Monday afternoon got two more trips – one to Ransom Memorial Hospital and another to the Franklin County jail. Witnesses said 36-year-old Timothy Starr was driving his sport-utility vehicle erratically on Main Street when he tried to turn east on Ninth Street. He hit a utility pole guy wire and his SUV rolled over on its side. Rescuers had to cut the top of the SUV off to free him. He was taken to the hospital where he was treated and released. He was then taken to the jail where he was treated to an arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence. He wasn’t released.
