OTTAWA — A Franklin County Red Cross blood drive will be noon to 6 this afternoon at Celebration Hall. Blood drive chairman Joe Rich said the drive will try to get 90 donations of blood. It’s a critical time of the year because many donors go on vacation during summer but the demand is higher because of accidents, he said. Walk-ins are welcome.
