OTTAWA — If you shop at Ottawa Country Mart, you know the Chamber of Commerce’s newest Quarterly Image Award winner — Kelly Zielsdorf. In a store that prizes customer service, Zielsdorf stands out, the Chamber’s Ruthanne Wasko said during Thursday’s Quarterly Image luncheon. Zielsdorf is always friendly and enjoys meeting with customers and is willing to go beyond the call of dury, Wasko said. She noteds one example – when a young mother couldn’t afford a food purchase, Zielsdorf took ten dollars out of her own pocket and paid for it. The grateful mother repaid her the next week, Wasko said.
