OTTAWA — The Franklin County Red Cross says it expects between 300 to 500 motorcyclists to take part in this Saturday’s Red Ride poker run fundraiser. The Red Ride will cover about 120 miles and will make stops at Driver’s in Ottawa, Fuel in Overland Park, the Jayhawk Marina at Hillsdale Lake, the Brickyard in Olathe, Frankie D’s in Kansas City and Hooters in Kansas City. Advance signup is $25 and $30 on Saturday. If you pre-register, you can get a special event T-shirt. You can sign up on-line at www.kck.redcross.org. Funds from the poker run will go help victims of house fires in Franklin, Anderson, Miami, Linn and Wyandotte counties.
