OTTAWA — An application for a $771,000 grant to house the homeless will be on the Ottawa City Commission agenda when they meet at 9:30a.m. Wednesday at city hall. ECKAN CEO Richard Jackson asked the commissioners for their support for his agency’s application for the state grant for housing for those who have lost their homes.
