OTTAWA — An 18-year-old Ottawa man was jailed Monday afternoon on suspicion of rape, aggravated indecent liberties with a minor, lewd fondling and touching a child. The arrest of Aaron Jacob Green came after a 34-year-old Olathe woman told police an 18-year-old man had unlawful contact with a juvenile.
