GARNETT — A public retirement reception for Garnett Fire Chief Lee Miller and his wife, Helen, will be 1-4 p.m. Saturday at the Garnett fire station. The City of Garnett will honor the Millers for their more than 19 years of service to the community. Refreshments will be served.
