PAOLA — The Miami County Sheriff’s Department and the Kansas Bureau of Investigation is asking for the public’s help in locating a man in connection with shots fired at law enforcement officers in rural Miami County last.They are asking for help in finding Jose Arellano Villa. He is 5-foot, 5-inch and Hispanic. Two KBI agents and one Miami County Sheriff’s deputy went to investigate a field in rural Miami County near Fontana to check a report of possible marijuana cultivation. While the officers were at the location, someone in a white pickup truck pulled up and began firing shots. No one was injured.
