OTTAWA — Levi Houston wrote a letter to District Judge Tom Sachse asking for a new attorney to represent him. After meeting with Houston and his attorney Sue DeVoe Monday afternoon, Sachse agreed to the change. However, he warned Houston that the switch could likely delay his trials originally scheduled for this fall. William Walker will now represent Houston. He faces charges of kidnapping and threatening his long-time girlfriend, domestic abuse and attempting to intimidate their children from testifying against him.
