OTTAWA — If you go to see Saturday’s Ol’ Marais River Run Cruise Night don’t bring your lawn chair. Police Chief Dennis Butler asks that you don’t set up lawn chairs on the sidewalks along Main Street during the cruise. Past years show that the no-chair policy improves the flow of the thousands of people downtown for Cruise Night and provides better safety, he said. However, he said you can use your lawn chairs at City Park at Fifth and Main. The city will have free parking at west Orlis Cox Field and a trolley will run between Orlis Cox and downtown during the cruise.
