OTTAWA — It’s garage-sale time for the county. County administrator Lisa Johnson said many of the items will be sold on the Kansas-based Internet auction site Purple Wave. Items to be sold include a tractor, truck, mowers and parts, and office and electronic equipment, she said. Some EMS items will be junked and other items offered to other government entities, she said.
