OSAGE CITY — Tom Colstrom of Osage City missed the big Powerball enchilada by one number Saturday. Colstrom bought a ticket that hit four numbers and the Powerball. He won $10,000 for the ticket. He bought the ticket at Casey’s General store in Osage City.
