GARNETT — The city of Garnett says free mulch is available at the Veterans Memorial Park at South Lake at Garnett. The mulch was used at the Vietnam Memorial Moving Wall. You’ll be able to take the mulch until Oct. 26, when it will be hauled to the trash.
