OTTAWA — The increase in the enrollment in Ottawa schools this year means more money from the state. With planned state budget cuts, Superintendent Dean Katt said he hopes the district will end up to the good. The state plans to make more cuts to school aid later this year. Katt said with the the increased enrollment, Ottawa should see a slight gain once the cuts are factored in.
