PARKER — A 15-year-old Parker teen was injured in a one-vehicle accident Tuesday north of Parker. The Kansas Highway Patrol said Joshua Wollard was driving west on 2300 Road. When his SUV went over a hill, he lost control and hit the ditch and rolled over several times. He was taken to KU Med Center. Troopers said he wasn’t wearing safety restraints.
