OTTAWA — Franklin County commissioners will vote Wednesday on a proposed plan to manage traffic and development along K-68 between Ottawa and Louisburg.
Commission chair Ed Taylor and public works director Jim Haag said the plan won’t have much impact on the county over the next five to ten years. Most of the short-term impact will be on the city of Ottawa on K-68 up to the Wal-Mart Distribution Center, Taylor said.
