OTTAWA — A Quenemo woman ended up in the Franklin County jail following Tuesday morning’s chase on Kk-68 west of Ottawa. 44-year-old Debra Mae Watts was pulled over at K-68 and Idaho Road. She was booked on suspicion of DUI, attempting to elude law enforcement officers, reckless driving and disorderly conduct.
