OTTAWA — The city commission rezoned several properties around the West Wilson bridge to city zoning classifications Wednesday night. Although the area is outside the city limits, it is part of a new urban growth area in which the city handles planning and zoning matters. It’s part of a series in which the city will change all of the area around the city from county zoning categories to city categories, said city planning director Wynndee Lee.
