OTTAWA — The Ottawa City Commission agreed Wednesday night to issue more than $2.3 million in bonds for a new water tower, water line and other equipment on the northeast corner of town. City planning director Wynndee Lee said the new tower will resolved many of the water problems in the northeast section of the city and enable the city to serve the growth that’s expected in the area over the next few years.
